Inhaltsübersicht
This module discusses the foundational concepts of strategic management. It covers various issues related to strategic analysis, strategy formulation, and strategic choice and decision-making, as well as different aspects of strategy implementation. Beyond business strategy, the module will also cover some basic elements of corporate strategy.
